Anis Holdings Supplier Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Anis Holdings (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity (“Supplier,” “you,” or “your”) that wishes to sell products on our e-commerce platform (“Platform”). By clicking the “I Agree” button and submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Fee and Commission

1.1. In consideration for the use of the Platform, Anis Holdings will apply a service fee to all products sold by the Supplier.

1.2. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total sale price of each product, excluding any applicable taxes and shipping fees. The service fee is not certain and varies depending on the supplier’s final sale price.

1.3. This service fee will be automatically deducted from the payment received for each successful sale before the remaining balance is disbursed to the Supplier.

1.4. Anis Holdings reserves the right to adjust the service fee percentage. Any changes will be communicated to the Supplier at least 30 days in advance via email, and continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the new fee structure.

1.5. The supplier will pay a compulsory registration fee of N7,000 and a subscription fee of N3,000 monthly in order for their product to be on the Anis Holdings e-commerce platform. failure to do so, the supplier’s product may/will be removed from the website. 

2. Supplier Obligations

2.1. The Supplier agrees to provide accurate and truthful information in their application and on all product listings.

2.2. The Supplier is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of all products offered on the Platform.

2.3. The Supplier agrees to fulfill orders in a timely manner and to provide excellent customer service to buyers.

2.4. The Supplier is responsible for all costs associated with their products, including manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.

3. Payment and Payouts

3.1. Payments from customers will be processed through the Anis Holdings Platform.

3.2. Payouts to the Supplier will be made 7 days after the receiver might have confirmed the items are in good condition. 

3.3. The Supplier must provide valid and up-to-date bank account information for payouts. Anis Holdings is not responsible for any delays or losses due to inaccurate information provided by the supplier.

4. Termination of Agreement

4.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

4.2. Anis Holdings reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and remove the Supplier’s products from the Platform in the event of a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, sale of illegal goods, or consistent failure to meet quality standards, or when it chooses to.

5. Consent and Acceptance

5.1. By clicking the consent box and submitting the application, the Supplier confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

5.2. Clicking the consent box is a digital signature and serves as your legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.
