Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Anis Holdings LTD (“us,” “we,” or “our”). We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped/transported.

Potential Delays: High volume periods or postal service problems outside of our control may occasionally cause delays.

2. Domestic Shipping/Transportation Rates and Estimates
Charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.

We offer a variety of shipping/transportation options to meet your needs:
• Standard Shipping/transportation
• Expedited Shipping/transportation
• Overnight Shipping/transportation

3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, USA, Ghana, Cameroon, and South Africa at N50,000 per KG.

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anis Holdings LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number or transportation information you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping/transportation confirmation email, please contact us at info@anisholdings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes. However, some expedited and international services may not be available for these addresses.
